It's interesting how the occurances of the ringing in my ear mute all other sounds. Not like the ringing adds to the room sounds, more like the ear goes silent then all that ear hears is the high-pitch tone while the other ear goes on hearing room noises as normal.
Jogged home yesterday, just a few walking breaks. Starting again from taking the winter off is always frustrating at how little I can do. Still recovering from the stairs work I did Saturday, but it's coming along. Rains are returning Thursday, though, which will make it difficult to maintain any kind of routine.
@matigo might depend on the company. My work has a boatload of red tape, but otherwise the environ is actually pretty nice (public higher ed).

@matigo huh. Cappuccino is certainly an easier to understand interface than the other site. :)
@matigo iOS is something I use, I may look into that option. I didn't even know about Cappuccino. Just using the Social tab on the main 10C site.
