@matigo sure, you have to print out the .norm file first before importing to Excel, but that's probably just a v1 implementation detail to maintain support for .norm files created prior to 1900.
@matigo word file with only a picture taken of their screen? Yup, seen it more than once. Along with word file containing picture that is a proper screenshot. I swear people think .doc is a picture file container.

About two years ago my favourite sushi joint closed. Now my favourite sandwich shop has closed. Those two were never the same after the 2008 crash. Used to be busy with customers every day but the customers never came back and they were slow every time I went in. This town is rapidly running out of good places to eat.
